Ten Sermons that Shook the World!

One of our major goals this year as a church is “to increase our Biblical Literacy.”   

Our summer teaching series gets us started in a unique way.  

We’re calling it: “Ten Sermons That Shook the World.” 

What if we could hear the first sermons of the Apostles: Peter, Paul, and others?  

Teaching in the first weeks and years of the church?  

They would tell us so much of how to apply and communicate the Good News 

in light of the Old Testament and Jesus‘ life, death, resurrection, and ascension!   

In fact, we HAVE many of these incredible sermons and teachings 

in summary form in The Acts of the Apostles!  

As one scholar said, “...The (sermons and) speeches in Acts 

are masterpieces, and deserve the most careful attention.”
