High school students involved with Deeper have an opportunity to be trained further in leadership.  XLSM’s IMPACT team is a group of students who assume responsibility for helping to direct the year’s youth group activities.

Prospective IMPACT team members are nominated by their small group leaders.  Selection is based on those who have demonstrated a commitment to follow Christ and show initiative growing in their faith.  Completion of a Sunday morning leadership class is also required. 

IMPACT team members help plan and execute group activities, are role models for younger students, and work alongside the volunteer youth group staff in planning activities.  IMPACT members attend the volunteer youth group staff meetings held on the first Monday of each month.
