Short Term Trips

Every year Christ Church sends out teams to various places around the globe. Our short term trips fall into various categories:

Discovery Trips: A good place to begin for your first cross-cultural experience. These trips are generally one week and done through an established mission organization.

Teach Beyond - English Camp in Moldova

        Plans are underway to send another team to Moldova in the summer of 2012 to lead an English language camp for teens once again.

Mission Discovery

        These trips are generally to the Caribbean and involve work projects and Bible school for local children.

Connection Trips: These trips connect us to the mission work our church supports. In the past our teams have gone to Kyrgyzstan to help with the prison ministry, to the Deaf School in Fiji, and to the orphanage in Juba, Sudan.

Covenant Trips: These are designed to connect us to the work of Covenant World Missions. Our first trip was to Alaska, to a small Alaskan native village on Ninivak Island.
