Beginning on Sunday, September 18, 2011, nursery care will be offered at 9:00am & 10:45am at Cole Middle School.

Procedures:

• Check-in/out: A parent or guardian (not older siblings) must sign a child in to the Nursery. We request that parents drop off their child at the door of the nursery area.
• Registration: If it is your child’s first time with us, please notify the staff and complete a Registration Form. 
• Security: Parents will receive a card with their child’s name when they sign in. 
• Safety/medical: Parents should advise the nursery staff of any food allergies or other special needs. 
• Pick up Procedure: A parent or adult guardian will need to present the name card when they pick up their child. 
• Label all personal items, such as diaper bag, juice cup, bottle, etc. with the child’s name. 
• Experience: Infant-experienced volunteers staff our nursery.

Health and Safety

• For the well-being of our children, we cannot allow sick children into the nursery. Children must be free of a fever for a minimum of 24 hours before entering the Nursery. We ask that parents please be sensitive in this area, as not all contagious illnesses are obvious to the nursery staff.
• Safety/medical: Parents should advise the nursery staff of any food allergies or other special needs. Inform the staff of any food allergies each time your child attends the nursery. 
• Nursery staff cannot admit older siblings to the Nursery. Christ Church has an age appropriate ministry for all ages and older children can present a safety issue with their greater mobility and energy level.
