We believe Jesus Christ is the hope of the world!  It is our vision to model and multiply compassionate Christian communities that reach out to more lost and hurting people of all cultures in our region and throughout the world.

• Christ-likeness - the goal for Christian formation and the spirit of all we do in our relationships and ministries.  Christ and His mission are the “Main Thing” that must be kept central. 
• Closeness with God - experiencing the presence and power of the Holy Spirit in worship, prayer, communion, and other spiritual disciplines.
• Community - authentic love and common mission, lived out in spiritual friendships and small groups that make this a “safe place” to “come as you are” and grow to maturity.
• Courageous Leadership - Biblical teaching that is practical and life-changing; developing people to serve and lead ministries according to the unique way God has gifted and called them.
• Compassionate Outreach - sharing the Good News of Jesus Christ with both sensitivity and urgency, so that more lost people are found and more hurting people are helped, both locally and globally.
